Size and Fit

Quick Moulding Instructions

  1. Boil water and immerse the guard until it softens.

  2. Remove and let it cool briefly, then place in your mouth and bite down to form around your teeth.

  3. Remove and place in cold water to set.

  4. Clean before first use and after each night.

  5. If the back of the guard goes too far back into the mouth, take a sharp knife such as a craft knife with snap-off blade and trim he back of the mouthguard off. Smoot the corners to ensure they don't irritate your teeth or gums.
