How to Apply for Maximum Grip & Airflow

Prep: Wash your nose thoroughly with soap and water to remove sweat, natural oils, and dirt. Dry completely before application.

Fit the Patches: Peel a magnetic patch off the backing paper and attach it to the magnetic placement tool. Position it in the hollow of your right nostril with the cutout facing downward toward the nasal opening. Press firmly for 10 seconds. Repeat on the left nostril.

Snap on the Flexor: Select the flexor size that matches the width of your bridge. With the flexor magnets facing downward, hover the flexor over the bridge until it snaps magnetically onto both patches. The band should sit lightly touching or slightly off the nose bridge.

Post-Session Release: Gently pull off the reusable flexor and store it in your tin. Remove the adhesive patches slowly using warm water or during your post-workout shower.
