How to Apply for Maximum Grip & Airflow

1. Prep: Wash your nose thoroughly with soap and water to remove sweat, dirt, and facial oils. Dry skin completely.
2. Fit the Patches: Peel a Hook'N'Loop patch from the backing paper. Align and press it into the hollow just above the flare of the right nostril. Press firmly for 10 seconds. Repeat with the second patch on the left nostril.
3. Fit the Flexor: Select the flexor size that matches your bridge width. Position the flexor over the bridge and press both ends down onto the Hook'N'Loop patches until locked. The band should sit lightly touching or slightly off the nose bridge.
4. Post-Session Release: Lift the flexor at one corner to disengage the hook-and-loop bond, then place it back in your tin. Remove the adhesive pads slowly during your cool-down shower or with warm water.
