How to Apply for Maximum Grip

Prep: Wash nose thoroughly with soap and water to remove performance-limiting oils. Dry completely.

Lock: Centre the strip across the bridge of your nose, positioning tension bands just above the flare of the nostrils.

Activate: Press and hold firmly for 10 seconds to fully bond the athletic adhesive to your skin.

Post-Session Release: Do not rip off. Remove gently with warm water or during your cool-down shower, peeling both tabs simultaneously.
