How to Apply for Maximum Grip

Prep: Wash your nose with soap and water to strip away natural skin oils and sweat. Dry completely.

Lock: Center the strip across the bridge of your nose. Position the tension bands just above the flare of each nostril.

Activate: Press and hold firmly for 10 seconds to fully lock the specialized athletic adhesive to your skin.

Post-Session Release: Do not rip off. Remove slowly with warm water or in your post-workout shower, peeling gently from both outer tabs simultaneously.
